It’s often mooted that it affects 50% of the population, which is true, and that it is women that experience it, but it also affects the men we love, the men in our lives, the men we work with, our friends, our family. So we kind of say that it affects 100 % of the population.
This is an overview of menopause, going through some of the signs and symptoms. A few lifestyle tweaks you can do to help your journey go a wee bit smoother if you are someone that experiences symptoms.

Jenna Moore
Jenna has a passion for helping women in midlife navigate perimenopause, post-menopause and weight gain. An accredited integrative health and menopause coach, and author, she's walked, and continues to walk, the same journey.

After encountering perimenopause (she had no idea what it was), experiencing severe symptoms and putting on 20kg, she took up formal study to help herself and other women.
She takes a holistic approach to all stages of menopause, encompassing nutritional awareness, breathwork, mindfulness and positive psychology. In addition, she looks at the influence of nutritional awareness, mental wellbeing, movement, spirituality, family, work, and leisure on our wellbeing.
