The Reggio Emilia Approach: The Role of Provocations
In this webinar, we will explore the creative world of provocations: what they are, the art of questioning, and the roles of creativity and art, and why these are so important. We will also look at how to incorporate loose parts, natural elements, light, mirrors, malleable materials, authentic equipment, books, role play, sand, and messy play to enrich tamariki learning experiences, along with the benefits these approaches provide.
We encourage you to watch all 5 Reggio Emilia webinars in this series: The Reggio Emilia Approach: History, Values and Principles, A Reggio Inspired Responsive Curriculum, Inspired Reggio Environments, The Role of Provocations in Reggio Learning and Reggio Alignment with the New Zealand Curriculum, Te Whāriki.
